With over 250 years’ experience in our senior management team alone, our experience and professionalism stand Think Survey above others. We are totally independent and privately financed, meaning our duty is directly to our clients.
Our surveyors and technical assessors come from a range of backgrounds with a wide variety of experience, qualifications, accreditations and practical experience to ensure we bring the best possible solution to each and every one of our clients.

Because of the individual nature of our surveys it isn’t necessarily possible to give any guidance on their costs. The costs of our surveys will vary according to the size, location and value of the property in question and also the extent of the report that is required which will allow us to provide you an accurate price. Who undertakes your surveys?
All our surveys are completed by industry professionals, certified and approved DEA’s, Oscar Accredited Technical Surveyors and/or RICS Surveyors as appropriate.

How long does a survey take?
Typically, a survey would take anywhere between 1 and 2 hours to complete depending on the property and its condition
Why would I need a Property Condition Survey in the first place?
Many homeowners have busy lifestyles between a hectic work life and balancing the requirements of modern family life. We don’t necessarily know what we are looking for around our properties to identify potential issues that require repair, the same as we are not motor mechanics and trust our mechanics to look after our cars which legally require a MOT certificate each year.
Our homes are typically our largest single financial investment in our life, and we must ensure we look after it and protect it as an asset for our retirement and to pass on to those we care about. A property condition report does just this and helps identify areas or items of concern and brings them to your attention to be addressed and keep your house and your home safe and prevent an escalation of damage which can ultimately end up costing a lot more if not identified and addressed quickly.
What happens once a survey is complete; do I get to see my report?
Yes. If you have purchased a survey from us, once the survey is complete and a report subsequently generated this report is for you to use as you see fit.
